icon A Searider rescue boat looks after the fleet and is available to help with tuition.

icon Two other rescue boats are used as escort boats and water taxis.

icon Sailing takes place within the estuary and we sometimes impose further limits if these are necessary for safety.

icon Buoyancy aids are provided and must be worn at all times.

icon All persons going on the water should be confident swimmers and in a good state of health.

icon Salcombe Dinghy Sailing is AALA Licensed. This means that we have undergone statutory visits, checks and safety inspections and can teach unaccompanied children.

He is very experienced at teaching sailing to both adults and children. During the summer holidays he is assisted by a number of highly competent RYA qualified seasonal staff.
