Choice of Boats..

Wayfarer

Our main fleet consists of Wayfarers, which we use for both hire and tuition. They are comfortable, stable dinghies with plenty of room and an excellent sailing performance. The boats have large and small sets of sails to make them easy to handle in most conditions.

Laser Pico

Learn to sail in one of our Laser Picos. They are fun little boats and can be sailed by either children or adults. They are also available for hire. It is usually advisable to bring a wet suit for Pico sailing.

Drascombe Lugger

For those who prefer to explore the estuary in a more gentle fashion! This boat can take up to six people and has an engine to help you on your way. Take a trip to one of the many beaches within the harbour and explore the creeks!

Laser/Laser Radial

The orginal single handed Laser with the option of a slightly smaller sail. Fast and exciting to sail but you need to have a lot of experience to hire one.

Optimists

There are fleets of optimists all over the world and many olympic sailors started off in these. Superb little boats for teaching young children.
